Total Care Plan

This plan is designed for people who own there home or are have just purchased a home that want a documented history or maybe want to do some renovations themselves or some oversight of contractors.

Just to outline a few of the main benifits to you here is a brief summary.

•  If we did the initial home inspection then there are no start costs as we already have a base line for the condition of your home.

• We are available 12 hours a day 7 days a week to answer questions.

• Help with planning and prioritising your maintainence and repairs

• You get a home inspection every year and a energy audit ( Energy Audit is done with a thermal image camera) with a written report so we build up a documented history of your home which should enhance the sale price if you choose to sell your home also this may negate a buyers inspection thereby making the sale quicker and less hassle.

• Up to 3 additional visits per year to check any improvements you may make.

• If you move within the province of Saskatchewan then your next home inpection is included.

• If you move out of Province then we would put you in touch with a local  inspector of good standing from our association (interNACHI ).
