A very thorough and professional inspection. The feedback was comprehensive yet easy to understand. The concluding layout is clear and also comprehensive with photos that made it easy for me to see what I was dealing with. Without the photos I would have had a difficult time understanding what was wrong or what was needed as I do not have the background and, hence, the language to evaluate structural problems. I highly recommend these guys and I will defineltly be using them to have the next house inspected.

I have used this inspection company twice and both times Chris has been amazing! He is approachable, patient, and uses language that a non-professional can understand. I especially appreciate the full colour photos in the report. They show the situation clearly and are indeed worth a thousand words! I highly recommend this company.

These folks are not only good at what they do but they are good people as well. What they say is what you get, without question. More than satisfied with the reports and service that they provided me for our home purchase.
